I worked quite a long time on this, and I know its a ton of reading, but I wanted to be sure that this breed was really different and distinct. Anything you don't understand, you can always ask about. If you're unsure of any markings, please, let me know! I'd be happy to tell you they're within standards or not.

If you're creating a totally new Mercalli, as in not breeding one, but just creating, then I'd like you to stick to minimal markings, like socks and a blaze. Then you can breed to another Mercalli and get crazy markings, but just remember both of the parents markings will be on the foal. No creating albinos either. I'll approve albinos, but only as long as the parents are both thoroughly white, not just by base colour.

Can you make one? Of course! I'd love to see, so note me with the final! I want to fave them all. Pretty soon I'm going to start a club/registry for them, so we'll see how many we get.

Oh yes, and any Mercalli you make needs to be registered, period. Especially if you plan to breed them. I'll lay down breeding rules when I make the registry. So go crazy! Make a million! Just no inbreeding, because we'll know.
