So, you finally get to see some TRK characters! The designs will remain the same I believe, but their breeds might change. The dapple gray (mare) was a long process to do, but I think she turned out quite well. I especially love her sock.
And wow, the black/dun/white boy was hard to color. Shading while maintaining geometric shapes is hard, I'll tell yah.
And traditional art from me! Wow, it's been quite awhile. If I can, i think doing the lineart traditionally is a good option for me. Usually I just sketch traditionally, scan it in, then lineart on the computer....but it can take days.
Information
These characters are Cillian and her little brother Alexandros. Cillian is the gray, Alexandros (let's call him Alex) is the wild one. Every herd has one and only one Guardian, which is what Alex is. His special coloring identifies him as such, and his duties are not to lead, but to defend the herd with whatever powers he has.
He's young, between 1 and 2, and his older sister is about 5. She's very pretty, and the daughter of the lead stallion. However, most of the time she's overshadowed by her brother, who's not even of age. As much as she's jealous of the attention given to her baby brother, she loves him, and would guard him with her life.
